Eliseo de la Fuente advises leading business groups, investment funds, financial institutions, air transport companies and family offices on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions, and also structures complex international proceedings with legal effects across multiple jurisdictions.
Eliseo de la Fuente is a member of several leading professional organisations, most notably the Madrid Bar Association, the Dutch Bar Association, Corps Consulaire Nederland and the Union des Consuls à Rotterdam et La Haye, where he served for over ten years in various board positions, including Chairman.
In relation to the Dutch Bar Association, he is registered in the Register of Legal Practice Areas in Corporate Law and Employment Law, and is required to evidence on an annual basis compliance with the continuing education requirements applicable to these areas of practice.
